A full set means we start from scratch. We shape your natural nails, apply either acrylic or gel, and build them to the length and style you want. At La Dolce Nail Spa, we listen to what you're after, whether that's classic French tips, bold color, or nail art. You pick the look, and we make it happen.
Spring's heat and humidity can be tough on nails, so we use quality products that hold up in our Texas climate. The process takes about an hour. We file, shape, apply base and polish, cure or dry depending on your choice, and finish with a topcoat. If you want art or details, we work those in during the appointment.
You walk out with nails that feel smooth, look polished, and last three to four weeks before you need a fill-in. Your hands feel different right away, stronger and more finished. Most clients come back every month to keep that fresh look going.

How long do full set nails last?
Acrylic and gel both last three to four weeks. After that, your natural nail grows out and you'll want a fill-in to keep the look tight. Some clients come in sooner if they get a chip or break.
What's the difference between acrylic and gel?
Acrylic is applied as a powder and liquid mix, dries hard, and lasts a bit longer. Gel is painted on and cured under a UV lamp, feels more natural, and is easier to remove. Both look great. It comes down to what feels better to you.
Can I get nail art on a full set?
Absolutely. You can add designs, gems, or custom art during your appointment. Let us know what you want when you book, or bring a photo and we'll recreate it.
